Gebruik van afbeeldingen
Op onze website en social media kanalen gebruiken wij beeldmateriaal (foto- en filmbeelden) en is in overeenstemming met het Nederlandse Citaatrecht. Deze beelden gebruiken wij ter promotie van de aangeboden artiesten. Op dit beeldmateriaal rust auteursrecht welke – naar ons beste weten – rechtenvrij zijn of gepubliceerd moeten worden met naamsvermelding. In het geval van verplichte naamsvermelding, zullen wij dit altijd op de profiel van de artiest plaatsen of de naam in het beeldmateriaal zichtbaar laten. Voor de aanlevering van dit beeldmateriaal zijn wij volledig afhankelijk van de distributeur (artiesten en/of hun vertegenwoordiger, management/boekingskantoor). De bron van de afbeelding (inclusief de naam van de fotograaf) of video wordt vermeld wanneer de distributeur deze relevante informatie verstrekt.
Daarom zijn wij niet aansprakelijk – door middel van het niet-aansprakelijkheidsregime – voor onrechtmatigheid gebruik met betrekking tot auteursrecht. In geval van onrechtmatig gebruik kunt u het verzoek bij ons leggen om het beeldmateriaal te verwijderen of te corrigeren. Wij controleren het vermoedelijk onrechtmatig gebruik ook bij de distributeur.
Bij twijfel over auteursrecht/fair use kunt u de Nederlandse Citatiewet raadplegen.

Use of images
We use photo and film images on our website and social media and this is in accordance with Dutch Citation Law. We use these images to promote the artists offered. This footage is copyrighted and must be published with attribution. In the case of mandatory name mention, we will always place this on the artist’s profile or leave the name visible in the images. We are completely dependent on the distributor (artists and/or their representative, management/booking agency) for the supply of this image material. The source of the image (including the name of the photographer) will be stated when the distributor provides the relevant information.
Therefore, we are not liable – through the non-liability regime – for unlawful use with regard to copyright. In case of unlawful use, you can request us to remove or correct the images.
