Costar

Costar is the pioneer of the house saxophone and one of the funkiest horn players in the Netherlands. In the legendary club Roxy in Amsterdam he played with DJs for the first time. During the MTV program ‘The Trip’, the rest of the Netherlands could also become acquainted with his talent. He has now traveled all over the world, he has played both mainstage at MysteryLand and Dance Valley in all major clubs in the Netherlands.

His musical characteristic is styled by his modesty in music. Records are complemented nicely and funky instead of being played to the full, with the breaks not being overlooked. His show contrasts with this conviction, Costar has regularly been seen with his saxophone in his mouth on top of speaker columns, bars, tables and on the roofs of beach clubs.
